These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern access to radicalconference.com, related participant spaces, and the World Creative Technology Conference produced for audiences in the United States (“Radical,” “we,” “our”). By browsing the site, submitting a form, requesting a ticket, joining a session, or using any Radical service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Radical Conference is a hybrid creative technology gathering. We do not publish a public street address or telephone number. Official communication happens through this website and follow-up messages after a valid form submission. After a request is validated, one of our representative will contact you.
The site and conference are intended for professionals, students, researchers, and organizations interested in creative technology. You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of the United States. If you use Radical on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Ticket requests, speaker applications, newsletter sign-ups, and comment forms must contain true names, working email addresses, and messages that relate to the conference. We may refuse or cancel access if information is incomplete, misleading, or abusive.
Radical provides editorial content, program listings, speaker profiles, galleries, community stories, and client-side forms that collect interest in tickets, newsletters, comments, and general inquiries. The live conference includes keynotes, labs, panels, archives, and community rooms delivered through a USA hybrid campus. Session titles, speakers, times, and formats may change as the program is curated.
Displayed prices are starting rates for Basic, Silver, and Gold passes. They do not create a completed purchase until Radical confirms a request in writing after form validation. No payment is processed on this static website. Confirmation, invoicing, and access credentials are handled after a representative contacts you.
A ticket is a limited, non-transferable license to attend the sessions included in the selected package, subject to capacity, code of conduct, and these Terms. Basic, Silver, and Gold packages include different archive windows, lab access, and community rooms as described on the pricing page. Team seats in Gold packages must be named before the event unless Radical agrees otherwise.
You may not share livestream credentials, record sessions for public distribution, or resell access. Recording for personal notes is allowed only where a session host states that recording is permitted. Radical may mute, remove, or revoke access for disruption, harassment, or intellectual-property abuse.
If a session cannot be delivered as scheduled, Radical may substitute a comparable session, provide archive access, or offer a credit toward a future Radical program. We will use reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees through the email used on the request form.
Radical is a professional creative technology forum. Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, unwelcome sexual attention, and disruption of labs or keynotes are prohibited. This applies to livestream chat, community rooms, forms, comments, and any satellite watch gathering associated with the conference.
Speakers and attendees retain their own views. Appearance on the program is not an endorsement of every statement made. Critique is welcome; personal attacks are not. Radical may edit or remove comments that violate this code. Repeated violations may result in removal from current and future programs without refund where the conduct is severe.
The Radical name, floral mark, layout, copy, and compilation of the program are owned by Radical Conference or its licensors. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the site design, scrape speaker lists for unsolicited outreach, or present Radical materials as your own product.
Session materials remain the property of their authors unless a speaker grants a broader license. Attendees receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use slides or lab worksheets for internal learning only. Commercial reuse, training-data scraping of session media, or public posting of full recordings requires written permission.
If you submit comments, testimonials, or form messages, you grant Radical a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the conference, including quoting short passages in program recaps. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that the content is not confidential unless you clearly mark it as such in the message.
All forms on this website use client-side validation only. Submitting a form does not create a confirmed registration, employment, speaking slot, or partnership. It creates a request. Radical will review valid requests and, where appropriate, one of our representative will contact you.
Do not submit sensitive identification numbers, payment card data, or health details through public forms. If you need accessibility accommodations, describe the need in general terms; a representative will follow up through a more appropriate channel.
Newsletter subscribe and unsubscribe requests are processed after validation of a working email address. Unsubscribing stops future marketing notes; it does not cancel an already confirmed ticket unless you also request cancellation through the contact form.
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, overload forms, inject malicious code, or use automated tools to harvest personal data. You agree not to impersonate Radical staff, speakers, or partners. Search features on this static site are illustrative; they do not query a live index.
Third-party links, partner names, and social destinations are provided for convenience. Radical does not control those services and is not responsible for their terms, availability, or content.
The website and conference are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Creative technology moves quickly. Methods discussed in labs may become outdated. Radical does not warrant that any technique, tool, or framework presented will be fit for a particular production, product, or legal environment.
Opinions of speakers are their own. Partner names in the sponsors area identify community relationships and do not imply that Radical audited those organizations. Hybrid delivery depends on internet conditions outside our control. We do not warrant uninterrupted livestreams.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United States, Radical and its organizers, speakers, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or attendance at the conference.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a ticket request or the 2026 program is limited to the amount you actually paid to Radical for that program, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radical Conference and its organizers from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your conduct in community rooms and watch gatherings.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend the website for maintenance or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the code of conduct.
If Radical cancels the entire 2026 conference and cannot provide a substitute program, confirmed paid attendees will receive instructions through the email associated with their request. Complimentary or promotional seats may be withdrawn if misused.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Radical Conference is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be the state and federal courts of the United States with jurisdiction over that organization, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Radical through the website form and allow a reasonable period for a representative to respond.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any written confirmation sent after a validated ticket request constitute the entire agreement between you and Radical regarding the website and the World Creative Technology Conference. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
